Maintaining your asset register is not as straightforward as people often assume and goes much further than merely assessing the cost of the asset itself.
Organisations often find it extremely difficult to competently manage their assets and forward plan due to large portfolios or property, variety of facility, different ownership structures, overwhelming amounts of data and lack of time and competent staff to complete the task satisfactorily.

Initially, our Life Cycle & Planning involves surveying all of your Mechanical and Electrical services to develop an asset register that includes a detailed overview of the responsibilities within your organisation.
We are then able to use this register and overview to create a detailed Forward Maintenance Register. We make use of innovative, automated new technology that significantly speeds up the whole process. We are experienced in the use of BSRIA audit tools; however, we adapt where necessary to meet the needs of our clients to ensure a bespoke service.
The use of such practices and our in-house expertise means that we can undertake and execute complex and intricate projects. In just four months, we were able to compile asset data on 286 properties across the whole of the UK. Our client had found their costs spiralling due to lack of asset or condition audits. They now have a new facilities management contract in place and can effectively plan financially.

Budgetfor Replacements
The detail in our Forward Maintenance Registers allows you to plan and implement a phased budget for replacement of plant equipment.
This action significantly reduces the risk of unexpected plant failure and expensive, unbudgeted replacements. Clients also employ our services to enable them to be able to plan project spend or bid for funds (for example, applying for CAPEX).
The level of information and expert knowledge required to compile this register means that Facilities Management providers like to employ our services, often during mobilisation, to assist them to reduce the risks for their client.
