Three Brindleyplace Chillers

3 Brindleyplace Chillers

Since its launch in 1995, Brindleyplace in Birmingham has risen to be the region’s premier mixed-use estate. The estate comprises of an aesthetic collection of mixed-use buildings that are the city’s top destination for leisure and business. The buildings surround three attractive public squares - Brunswick, Central and Oozells.

The estate includes The Waters Edge, The Crescent Theatre, National Sea Life Centre and a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops.

Since 2006 we have worked for, and alongside the Brindleyplace Management Team on numerous commissions for all three disciplines.

3 Brindleyplace is a BCO Regional Award winner and is the landmark building with a 10 storey tower that houses core plant for HVAC.
